They can't configure their end of the tunnel if their life depended on it. Asked a couple of times to swap with UDP to TCP and it never got done. Generally replying to emails takes 5 days. If you don't hear of these jokers by that time, you won't. Had several connectivity issues for weeks at a time that were "sort of" corrected once the tunnel was reconnected, at times it worked for 8 minutes, some times for up to two hours before crashing. These people assured that the problem was not at their end, but those times they actually responded to a support request the tunnel magically worked quite well for some days, only to start acting up the same way later on.
I like it. Have had it for 3 years. I bought the lifetime subscription when that was around because Spectrum sent me a letter warning me about "illegal activities" when I used torrent. The speed is actually pretty good because I could play CSGO and watch Youtube without lag or buffer. Overall I'd recommend this VPN.
I've been using this for at least 5 years. Easy to configure, good connection speed. However, I received 3 different COPYRIGHT/VIOLATION notices about downloaded movies (torrents) from my ISPs (Verizon; Spectrum) when I was CONNECTED through VPN Secure and supposedly "protected". DON'T USE IT for any sensitive/restricted data, especially torrents! Buy something else!
