It used to connect easily, and automatically, now, it disconnects on its own, sometimes takes forever to load, sometimes prevents internet connection while it is loading, used to log in automatically, now every time I turn on my computer, I have to reload it, input the password, and wait for it to connect. I purchased a lifetime subscription about a year ago, and they are honoring it, so far, for what it's worth.

Found an offer for $18.00 lifetime bought it, when final cost was totaled it was $39.00 and only for a month, tried to cancel and get a refund and no luck also never got the service. Paid through PayPal no help from them I am out $39.99 for nothing

Okay so I decided to bite the bullet and try out the cheap lifetime sub and used a coupon, so it was only 18 dollars. But I think the service is overloaded right now from influx. It took more than 30 seconds to load pages and only a hand full of servers are P2P accessible, in which all of those are over 60% capacity. Plus the security on the service is less than desirable and is for sure the lower end of the spectrum.

I found it on sale (39.99$) lifetime superscription ! So i subscribed and man is this VPN so good ? I installed it on my ( 2 PCs, android phone, Chromebook , android TV Box ) working great. Highly recommend.

I signed up with VPN Unlimited because they were virtually the only ones with an app for my Windows Phone 8.1, but their servers, at least in the US, are among the “dirtiest” I’ve encountered. Several US sites refuse to let me connect if I’m using one of their US servers. When I raised this problem with their support they said I should buy a private server from them. I would expect strict no log policy, but for the price i think you get what you pay for and overall the service is good.

I have been using it Solid for a year now (Premium) and very few issues. Service desk is quick to help and to reply (+follow upon query) . Just purchased the Infinity package. Good work on the BBC app in December, but would like to see more of Netflix.

I won't recommend this VPN service to anyone, I wanted to access BBC iplayer and there are only 2 UK servers to connect to. I tried connecting to both but without any success. Similarly, I tried connecting to servers in other locations but zero success even the free vpn would get you connected. I subscribed to unlimited deal. I need a VPN whose Windows desktop application doesn't block Local Area Network (LAN) when the app connects to VPN server. In order words, I run VPNs on many computers in a LAN. For most VPN services, computers in the LAN cannot access others while they connect to VPN servers. I used Hotspot Shield VPN several years before their app blocks LAN. Now I'm very happy with VPN Unlimited. Its app doesn't block LAN like most others. Great! Also I like the desktop application. It's easy to install and use. Servers are clearly listed with work load information help me quickly choose good ones. In brief, it's fast, stable, cheap and doesn't block LAN.

The speed through their application even with the keepsolid enabled is almost the same as without VPN. The ping is 22ms and the download speed is 43.63 out of theoretical 50Mbps. I have never been able to get such a high speed with any other VPN provider or even by creating my own VPN server on a VPS. The best part is that once connected it never disconnects.Thumbs up!

Customer service contacted me and I reinstalled, then my trouble started. My mail program started send 700KB/s amount of data continuously. I used up 75 % of my monthly data in 2 days. I have sent many emails and no results or help. The only way I can work is to turn on email for 5 minutes and then turn it off. I would not recommend this service at any cost.

It has torrenting capabilities and the speeds are reasonable (20+ mbps out of 30 mbps speeds) Not to mention that the price I got it for was like 30 bucks (from stacksocial) for a lifetime subscription. All the other providers I know charge that much for 2-3 years. Overall, a good deal.

I have used this VPN for over a year and have had absolutely no issues. They keep their software updated and all servers work without issues. Torrent servers work as advertised without any speed drop or blocks. Highly recommended service especially if it is on sale. I grabbed a lifetime subscription for under $50.

I have the lifetime plan. It seems this product is not bad. But their applications cannot retrieve their server list in China. Because of this, completely unusable in China. They have to fix this problem.

I signed up for a month and 6 months later i am looking at statements and seen i was being charge for 3 month plans.. ok sure i need to pay attention to the small print.. but the day of them charging me a second time i contacted them and asked politely to please not charge me i do not use the service... they were very unsympathetic and basically told me there was nothing they were going to do,and to have a nice day.

Countless Re-installs and endless back and forth with a CSR still can't solve connections problems for a Basic windows system. I've seen Script Kiddie software run better... Only solutions for connection problems is being told to disable\enable the TAP device, connect using TCP\UDP or re-install.

Misleading, you can't find out until you buy, there is only 5 or 6 servers you can use for torrents plus they block P2P sites I would " NOT" waste a penny with this company like I did! If all you want is a VPN they might be OK but I personally don't trust any company that misrepresents itself in anyway.

I had a five year subscription and upgraded to lifetime a few months ago. I have created a gateway using .ovpn and it works flawlessly. Some speed loss but still very decent on at least some servers. In my experience support was very helpful when I asked for the .ovpn files. I am happy with VPN Unlimited. It works fine for me and it is way cheaper than any other VPN service I have seen.

I bought the VPN Unlimited Lifetime deal from Stacksocial with additional of 25% discount, which did cost me around 23$ or so, and really, this is great VPN! I mean, I have no clue how much I should trust to a VPN that is based in US as their headquarter, but whatever it is, their Privacy Policy states they do not log any user data or bandwidth data, and thinking that there is easily 30 users per VPN node, it's not easy to trace-back to the right user among 30 users, so I assume it's safe from this part. Now, the servers, it is really GOOD! For real, I used some VPN services where some rural locations or far-away located servers, would have dropped connection, poor speed or constant disconnection or not connecting at all. With VPN Unlimited, servers that are 8.000km away from me, still works good! Sure, speed is a pain but hey, 8.000km! A good way to test how good a VPN is. I tested ALL VPN Server locations, and the aprox speed of download I received was 25-30mbps, and upload is 22 - 28mbps. The minimum download speed was 6mbps from a far away country like China or Japan etc. Maximum speed was 46mbps from Danmark. Connection was set to UDP, the ping is another factor that I'm surprised as the ping would not differ that much, only additional +10ms - 30ms extra. Browsing with a VPN is not making any noticeable changes in terms of speed than browsing the internet without a VPN, so in short, for browsing behavior, I doubt you would suffer any drawback. For gamers however, I suggest using closest server possible, as it's natural for the ping to increase as the distance between two computers increases. The encryption is 256bit military-grade, so even if hackers were to get your data, to crack this, you would already die by then and pass 200 years already. Who knows, maybe in 50 years, quantum PC's may be able to crack it much faster than today's super PC, technology evolves so fast that you shouldn't trust to anything on the internet, be it a security or encryption, always be cautious. Torrenting is simply pain with this VPN, if you're a torrenter, refrain using this service, it's really painful, very few servers support torrenting, and torrenting on any other non-allowed servers can give them the natural right to suspend your account. Let's see.... Speed: 8/10 Feature: 9/10 Customer Service: 8/10 Server Locations: 8/10 Trouble-free experience: 9/10 - (the Android app takes time, depending on network speed, so that is why I don't give it 10). I've tried liking VPN Unlimited, I really have. It just sucks all around. Slow servers, limited options, can't seem to find information on how to configure it properly. Just don't waste your money, there are much better options out there.

I bought lifetime when it was on sale and I got what I paid for. Some torrent servers are loosing connection few times per day, some are just awful, losing connection every 10 minutes. Speeds are ok, but ping is awful when you try to game with VPN on. Hopefully we will get more torrent servers since 5 of them are, not enough and let's be real, 99% of us are using it for p2p stuff. Also, they are keeping logs so yeah, you might want to search for another one. I'm giving it 3 as its just ok, passable VPN, and i'm giving it +1 because its cheap.

I have only had this service 2 months and it quit working. At least every other vpn I have tried worked at least 6 months. What a piece of junk it is. I can't even contact the provider since the links in their advertisement don't work.

Worked great at first. Until they got my money. Started with a monthly account and then upgraded to lifetime. I upgraded my router and flashed DD-WRT. Got it working and worked fine for about a month. Then nothing. Could not connect through the router at all. No support. Support team told me that they upgraded and that I would have to upgrade in order for it to work. Using the most current DD-WRT available. Have to go back to their unreliable app. for each computer. App keeps dropping and have not yet found a way to stop internet when it does drop. Service was only reliable until the refund period expired. I only need this to be reliable for 1 hour a day. Total scam for your money. Shop elsewhere.

I live in Mexico and bought this to use with Netfilx. It does not work. Tech support is unhelpful. They will not respond. I can not cancel or get my money back. I was using Hidemyass which worked fine. I was able to switch between Canada and the US. I do not understand why all the good reviews. Based on them I bought this service and it sucks.

This is the only VPN I have used, and I need no appreciable slowdowns or speed limitations. There are limited torrent servers, but I am always able to connect and download at respectable speeds. I do have issues with the Windows client, as previously stated, when it fails, you have to reboot the machine to get back online. Switching servers in Win10 is chancy without a reboot. Customer service has been spot on, quick and helpful with any issues.

I have used this app for several years now and it has completely gone down the drain. Any website that your browser has not cached the CSS and JS fro will simply not load. When you exit the VPN or it crashes (Which it does more and more every day) it leaves your DNS, Subnet, and Gateway settings all messed up. Meaning you need technical skills to get back online. As far as protecting your data is concerned I am able to view, log, filter and block traffic on the network level and the VPN does nothing. It's as if it was not there. You are seriously better off not using this then using it in it's current state. It is a real shame because a year ago the service was actually good. TL;DR: don't waste your money

Not bad at all. Decent speeds, for less than 30 bucks lifetime for up 5 devices: Linux and android in it. the mobile is a bit odd, have to log in every time. At home have 20mbs and the difference in negligible

Even connected to US servers, I'm only getting 1-2% of my DL speed. I have not yet seen the speed go over 6Mbps on any server I have tried. I also have PureVPN and it easily hit 100+Mbps on NL server. Also VPN Unlimited seems to disconnect you if you were idled for a while instead of keeping you connected. That's not secured at all.

However, there are some issues with connectivity in different countries (I'm traveling a lot), usually it works great and the prices are the best among other subscription VPN services. Free VPN services are awful and as far as I know a support of wide range of servers costs a lot, so I don't believe in free VPN services...

ЭТО БРЕЕД, я с такими подозрительными проверками еще не сталкивался, короче отказался, потребовал возврат средств, посмотрим когда вернут, не рекомендую!

I bought VPN unlimited for 2 reasons. 1st they have a lot of servers in comparison to other services and they have lifetime plan (if the company stays operational for years that is a good thing). The speed is ok for my needs. The only drawback is the limitation of the servers that allow p2p that are just 5 and they get congested. So if you are torrenting you should consider to look elsewhere. I got 10 slots and every device that we have is now covered. I hope to see better p2p support to more servers and it will be fantastic.

Au fil du temps, l'application s'est dotée de fonctions en + (firewall, ...) qui augmentent la sécurité (je pense). Que du bon pour moi Je vais bientôt profiter de "l'offre à vie" à 55 dollars pour 10 postes.
