I'm used to this service. I paid for a year. My subscription expires in April 2019 but it is already 3 months that it no longer works (now we are in September 2018). They do not respond to emails and there is no support service. It does not seem serious to cash in a year in advance and offer the service only 5 months. My advice is not to subscribe to any annual or multi-year plan but only monthly so that if what they promise fails you are free to change without forgetting a lot of money. Thieves!

There are lots of VPN solutions out there but I am using Steganos' software as it was the most easy to setup and use and it has been great using it on a daily basis. It might not offer as many countries as others but those which I needed were available in the software with a fast and reliable connection.

My preferred VPN solution, comparing to others that I tried and are fast. Also I like that it is made in Germany, as they have to follow the strict German privacy laws and do not log anything. The amount of available countries could be increased, although for my usage they were so far sufficient and they are missing besides Windows, iOS and Android a solution for Mac and hope they will provide it soon.
