When I purchased the VPN my transaction was 'lost' or something. I was able to use the service only when I contacted support and my subscription was manually activated. Service does not provide any automatic configuration app. I configured it manually and I was not able to access Telegram API. My traffic did not even go through VPN, but for sites I tried that are not blocked my Russian government, VPN worked correctly.
