This VPN/DNS service kept billing me twice and proceeded to bill me after cancellation. I tried to get through to them to resolve this and get my money returned. While there was a person there at first they kept sending me the same dismissive email back. They made it crystal clear that they wanted nothing to do with a disposable customer. Alas, I wasn't able to successfully resolve my dispute with PayPal either. I lost a lot of money from this experience. Please don't make my mistake of doing business with these criminals. Find another and research the company's background thoroughly. I wish I had.
