I saw the reviews here and decided to try out CeloVPN. I consider myself somewhat of a VPN collector. I asked for a trial account and Tom replied to me within 2 minutes. Additionally, I had a minor issue after installation and he replied back to me again within 2 minutes with a solution that worked. As for the VPN service, it is solid. Fast and secure, passing all tests on IPLeak. I absolutely recommend CeloVPN without reservation. This is not a pain/incentivated/requested review. Jeff

Help desk and customer service is outstanding. They reply pronto and help every time genuinely. Because I am not sassy with PCs they offered to do a remote session and were able to find the issue immediately ( my antivirus was blocking the download). it saved me a lot of time and "headaches". They accommodate me to be online when it is convenient to me! I recommend them highly and thank them!

I bought a year's subscription to this service at a discounted price around the holidays, having had it recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately I had some technical issues- but the team were very friendly and quick to respond to queries and issues. I stopped using the service as I was travelling and found it didn't suit my needs- but I had forgotten the subscription was indefinite/yearly. A simple email was enough for the friendly staff to refund me completely. If I was to use a VPN again, this would be the one I would choose. Their service and manner is outstanding.
