Great for free beginners but don’t buy premium, you can get free version online as good or better than their premium. Also awful customer support, as they would not remove my card when I wanted to cancel my premium trial. DO NOT GET BETTERNET PREMIUM

Absolutely free VPN. BTW just click the exit button to close the free-trial box. It will continue to run without it. I don't experience any ads that I am aware of but I have an ad-blocker and a no-script installed on my browser which may account for that. I get a better connection on public WiFi generally. Their Terms and Conditions state they do not keep log files of your actual IP address or sites accessed; and they do not sell your information for money. They are supposed to be paid by premium accounts and the ads generated which, like I previously stated I haven't really seen much of. Lastly, they allow p2p and torrenting, though they will collect your data if they get subpoenaed to for illegal downloads. Overall, excellent VPN app in my opinion.

First of all for those of you who complain about the 7 days trial, you should look closely and you will see the X button on the top right corner which after pressing it'll take you straight to the free version of the software, and once you've done that you're able to use it free of charge. I have been using this app for as long as i can remember (pretty much after i finished my 2 years astrill premium account) and i could not love this software more. It's free , boosts your internet speed and most importantly very reliable in any circumstances, if you got the internet working on your laptop DUUUH!!! so I would definitely recommend BETTERNET for whoever that is looking to find a reliable vpn host.
